Carrot Casserole
Carrot Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 small onion, minced, 1/4 c. all-purpose flour, 1/4 tsp. seasoned pepper, 4 c. sliced, scraped carrots, cooked and drained and 6 slices american cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Saute the onion in butter.
Stir in flour, seasoned salt and seasoned pepper. Gradually add the milk, stirring constantly. Arrange a layer of carrots in a 2-quart casserole.
Place 3 slices of cheese over the carrots.
Repeat layers.
Pour the sauce over the carrots and top with bread crumbs.
Bake at 350Β°, uncovered, for 25 to 30 minutes.
