Carrot Casserole
Carrot Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 bunch carrots, 1 medium onion, finely chopped, 1 c. milk, 1 bell pepper, chopped and 2 tbsp. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Scrape and cut carrots into 1 1/2-inch slices.
Cook in boiling water until done.
Make white sauce of butter, flour and milk.
Place a layer of carrots in 2-quart Pyrex casserole and cover with layer of onion, bell pepper and portion of sauce. Repeat.
Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
Dot with butter.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes.
