Carrot Cake

Separate eggs, beat yolks and honey until light and creamy. Add carrots, nuts, flour and cinnamon.
Beat egg whites until stiff.
Fold into mixture.
Pour into 9 x 9-inch glass baking dish. Bake 45 minutes at 350Β°.
When cool, top with mixture of softened cream cheese mixed with lemon and orange.
