Carrot Cake
Carrot Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. flour, 2 c. sugar, 2 tsp. baking soda, 2 tsp. baking powder and 2 tsp. cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In large bowl, combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. In a small bowl, beat eggs gently, not much with a fork.
In a medium bowl, combine oil, sugar and eggs from small bowl, carrots and pecans; stir together by hand.
Combine medium bowl with ingredients in large bowl; stir well by hand. Pour into three 8-inch greased cake pans.
Bake at 325Β° for 30 minutes, or until done.
Let cool before frosting.
