Carolyn's Pie Crust
Carolyn'S Pie Crust is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c flour, 2 t butter, 4 t cold water, 2/3 c shortening and 1 t salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Blend shortening and butter into flour and salt with pastry cutter till crumbly.
Add cold water, 1 T at a time until dough is formed.
Roll out between sheets of waxed paper and lay in pie plate.
Prick sides with a fork.
Bake 1 crust pie shells for 10 minutes at 425 F.
Bake 2 crust pies at 425 F for 45 minutes. Before baking 2 crust pie, brush top lightly with milk and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
