Caribbean Meat Balls
Caribbean Meat Balls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground beef, 2 c. bread crumbs, 1 large onion, chopped, 3 cloves garlic, minced and 3 eggs, separated, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Add onion, garlic, bread crumbs, milk, beaten egg yolks, salt, pepper and nutmeg to hamburger.
Beat egg whites stiff; fold into hamburger mixture.
Pinch off small bits and roll into tiny balls, keeping hands well-greased with cooking oil to ensure smooth balls.
Place, uncovered, in greased casserole dish.
Cook at 375Β° for 35 minutes.
