Caramel Frosting
Caramel Frosting is an easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. butter or margarine, 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar, 2 tbsp. milk, 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar and 1/4 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In a saucepan, melt butter.
Add brown sugar; cook over low heat for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Add milk and continue cooking until mixture comes to a boil.
Remove from heat. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla.
Mix well.
If necessary, thin with a few drops of cream (milk).
