In large skillet, brown the seasoned pork chops.

Place in large baking dish so that each chop will be on bottom.

Place 1 pepper ring on each pork chop.

Place large spoon of rice in bell pepper ring.

Pat until firm.

Put generous tablespoon of soup (undiluted) on rice.

Place a slice of onion and a slice of tomato on top.

Pour mashed tomatoes over chops and cover with foil. Bake 1 hour at 375Β°.
