Cabbage Rolls
Cabbage Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1/2 c. uncooked rice, 1/4 c. chopped onion, 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste and 1 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Cook rice and set aside.
Brown ground beef, onion, salt and pepper.
Combine ground rice and 1/2 of sauerkraut. Roll mixture in cabbage leaves dropped into boiling water for 1 minute and drained.
Cover with tomatoes, tomato paste and remainder of sauerkraut.
Cook on medium heat until cabbage is done.
