Cabbage Casserole
Cabbage Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large cabbage, shredded, 6 tbsp. oleo, 8 ozs. cheddar cheese, cubed, 1/4 c. bread crumbs and 1 onion, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cook cabbage in boiling salted water until tender, drain. Saute onions in 5 Tbsp. oleo until tender.
Add soup and mix well. Add cheese, stir until melted.
Remove from heat and stir in drained cabbage, salt and pepper to taste.
Place in ungreased 2 qt. baking dish.
In skillet, melt 1 Tbsp. oleo, stir in crumbs until lightly browned.
Sprinkle over casserole.
Bake uncovered 350Β° for 20-30 minutes.
