Buttermilk-Cornmeal Biscuits

Combine first 6 ingredients in large bowl, cut in oleo until mixture resembles coarse meal.
Add buttermilk.
Stir until dry ingredients are moistened.
On a floured surface, knead dough 5 or 6 times.
Roll to 1/2-inch thickness, cut with 2 1/2 inch biscuit cutter.
Place on baking sheet coated with Pam.
Brush tops with egg white.
Bake at 450Β° for 12 minutes until golden.
