In large mixing bowl, combine flour, soda and salt.
In another bowl, combine oil, sugar, eggs and buttermilk; mix well.
Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened.
Fill two greased 8 x 4 or five 5 x 2 loaf pans about one-third full.
Combine swirl ingredients; sprinkle half of the mixture over the batter.
Top with remaining batter, then remaining cinnamon sugar.
Swirl batter with a knife.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 - 55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
Cool in pans for about 10 minutes before turning onto a wire rack.
