Brussels Sprouts with Almonds
Brussels Sprouts With Almonds is an easy dinner. Made with 3 (10 oz. each) tubs fresh brussels sprouts, trimmed, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1/4 c. butter or margarine (room temperature), 2 tbsp. lemon juice and 1/2 c. toasted almonds, coarsely chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bring 1-inch water to boil in large, deep skillet.
Add sprouts, cover and cook over medium-high heat for 8 to 10 minutes. Drain.
Melt butter in skillet.
Add lemon juice, salt, almonds and sprouts.
Stir over medium-high heat for 2 to 3 minutes until sprouts are hot.
