Brunswick Stew
Brunswick Stew is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 lb. chicken, 2 lb. pork, 2 lb. beef, 3 lb. potatoes and 2 lb. or 2 large cans tomatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cook meat together in salted water.
Remove meat when done and cut up or grind up.
Put potatoes, tomatoes and corn in broth; cook until tender.
Use potato masher and mash them real good.
Then add rest of the ingredients, including the meat.
Cool real slow, about 45 minutes.
Can add sweet barbecue sauce to taste (optional). Very good.
