Broiled Bluefish
Broiled Bluefish is an easy dinner. Made with 4 to 6 bluefish fillets, 1/4 c. melted shortening or margarine, 2 tbsp. lemon juice and salt, pepper and paprika, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Place fish in foil-lined pan, skin side up.
Baste with a mixture of melted shortening, salt, lemon juice and pepper. Sprinkle each piece with paprika.
Place pan 4 to 5 inches from broiler unit and cook 5 minutes.
Turn fish and repeat basting and paprika.
Cook about 5 more minutes or until fish flakes easily. Serves 4.
