Broccoli Salad
Broccoli Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. bacon, 1 bunch broccoli (4 to 5 c.), 1 c. raisins, 1 c. sunflower seeds and 1/4 c. diced red onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Fry bacon until crisp. Drain on paper towels, crumble and set aside. Cut the broccoli into pieces.
Cook until crisp-tender.
In a large bowl, combine broccoli, raisins, sunflower seeds and onion.
In a small bowl, stir together salad dressing, sugar and vinegar until well blended. Spoon over broccoli mixture.
Toss to coat. Sprinkle bacon over salad and toss.
Cover and refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
Serves 10 to 12.
