Broccoli Salad

Made with 1 to 2 large bunches broccoli, 2 to 3 boiled eggs, 1 can water chestnuts, drained, 1/2 c. chopped green olives (may use black if preferred) and 1/2 c. chopped onions, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Wash and drain broccoli, cut into bite-size pieces.
Chop boiled eggs and water chestnuts.
