Broccoli-Cheese Casserole
Broccoli-Cheese Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of broccoli soup, 1 soup can milk, 1/4 c. all-purpose flour, 1 tsp. dry mustard and 1/4 tsp. ground red pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Heat oven to 350Β°.
Lightly grease an 11 x 7 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish.
Mix the soup, milk, flour, mustard and pepper in a 3-quart saucepan until blended.
Stir over medium-high heat until almost boiling.
Remove from heat.
Add cheese; stir until melted. Stir in egg yolks and broccoli until blended.
Cool slightly. Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form; fold into broccoli mixture.
Pour into prepared dish.
Bake for 50 minutes, until top is golden and puffy and a knife inserted comes out clean. Makes 8 servings.
