Brisket
Brisket is an easy dinner. Made with 5 lb. brisket, celery, onion, garlic salt, 3 oz. liquid smoke, worcestershire sauce and barbecue sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
👨🍳 Instructions
Rub brisket with celery salt, garlic salt and onion salt.
Put in Pyrex and pour liquid smoke over it.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Pour off liquid.
Salt and pepper lightly.
Sprinkle with Worcestershire.
Bake at 275° for 5 hours, covered.
Turn and cover with barbecue sauce.
Cook at 250° for 1 hour.
