Brisket is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 or 5 lb. brisket, garlic salt, 3 oz. liquid smoke, salt and pepper and celery salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Sprinkle celery, garlic, and onion salts on brisket.
Rub on liquid smoke.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Next day, pour off juice.
Salt and pepper to taste and sprinkle with worcestershire sauce.
Bake covered for 3 hours at 275°.
Drain juice, cover with barbecue sauce and bake an additional hour at 250°.
Slice and serve.
