Breakfast Sausage Casserole
Breakfast Sausage Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. sausage, 2 1/2 tbsp. margarine, 6 eggs, 1 tsp. salt and 7 slices bread, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Cook sausage over medium heat until done, stirring to crumble well.
Drain sausage on paper towel, set aside.
Spread each side of bread with butter, cut into cubes in 9 x 13-inch pan.
Sprinkle with sausage and top with cheese.
Combine remaining ingredients. Beat well and pour over mixture in pan.
Chill at least 8 hours. Remove from refrigerator and bake at 350Β° for 40 to 50 minutes. Serves 12 or 13.
