Heat oven to 425°.
Melt butter in heavy 10-inch skillet in oven.
Beat eggs vigorously 30 seconds.
Gradually beat in flour. Mix in milk and salt.

Lower temperature to 300°.
Bake 5 minutes.
Cut into wedges.
