Breakfast Before Brunch Casserole
Breakfast Before Brunch Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. sausage, 6 slices bread, 1/2 lb. grated sharp cheddar cheese, 8 eggs and 2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Spray or grease a 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish.
Trim crust off bread.
Break trimmed bread coarsely and line dish with it. Brown sausage and drain.
Layer sausage on top of bread.
Layer cheese on top of sausage.
Beat eggs with a fork.
Mix eggs with milk, mustard and dash of Tabasco.
Pour over top of casserole. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Bake, uncovered, next morning at 350Β° for 50 minutes.
Serves 10.
