Bran Muffins
Bran Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. firmly packed dark brown sugar, 1 1/2 c. unprocessed bran flakes, 1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour, 2 tsp. baking powder and 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Preheat oven to 400Β°.
Grease 12 (2 1/2-inch) muffin pan cups. In a shallow baking pan, toast bran flakes in oven for 5 minutes; cool.
In medium bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon; stir in bran flakes.
In mixer bowl, beat egg at low speed.
Beat in brown sugar, then molasses.
Beat in milk and salad oil.
Add all dry ingredients at once; stir until moistened. Spoon into prepared cups, filling each until about three-quarters full.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
Immediately remove from pan; place on wire rack.
Serve warm.
