Booky Baked Crab
Booky Baked Crab is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter, 3/4 c. flour, 1 c. milk, 3 egg yolks, beaten and few grains salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Melt butter in saucepan; stir in flour to make a paste. Remove from heat and stir in milk.
Cook and stir until very thick and smooth.
Blend a little sauce into egg yolks and return to sauce; mix well.
Mix in salt, pepper, dry mustard, Worcestershire sauce and crab meat.
Form into 6 patties and place in shallow baking dish.
Bake at 350Β° for 15 to 20 minutes.
