Blueberry Upside-Down Cake

Place 1 tablespoon margarine in round glass dish and microwave on High for 35 seconds.
Combine blueberries, cornstarch and lemon peel in bowl.
Spoon over melted margarine.

Combine flour and baking powder; add alternately with milk to creamed margarine mixture. Add vanilla.
Spread over berries in baking dish.
Microwave 8 minutes on Medium, then on High 3 to 5 minutes.
