Blueberry Pound Cake
Blueberry Pound Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. plus 2 tbsp. butter, divided, 2 1/4 c. sugar, divided, 4 eggs, 1 tsp. vanilla and 3 c. flour, divided, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Grease tube pan with 2 tablespoons of butter.
Sprinkle with 1/4 cup sugar.
Set aside.
Cream 1 cup butter.
Gradually add 2 cups sugar, beating well.
Add eggs, one at a time.
Add vanilla. Combine 2 3/4 cups flour, baking powder and salt.
Add gradually to creamed mixture.
Dredge blueberries with remaining 1/4 cup flour; stir to coat well.
Fold berries into batter and pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake at 325Β° for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until done.
Cool in pan for 10 minutes.
Let cool completely.
