Blender Hollandaise Sauce
Blender Hollandaise Sauce is an easy dinner. Made with 3 egg yolks, 2 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice, 1 sprig parsley, 1/2 c. butter (at room temperature) and 1/4 c. boiling water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Place all ingredients, except water, in blender.
Cover and turn machine to medium speed.
When ingredients are well mixed, remove top and, with blender running, gradually pour in boiling water.
Run until contents are thoroughly blended, about one minute.
Heat, stirring constantly over hot (but never boiling) water until the sauce is the consistency of custard.
