Biscotti
Biscotti is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 eggs, 1 c. canola oil, 1 c. sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla or almond flavoring and 2 tsp. baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Mix first 4 ingredients in a large bowl with wooden spoon.
Combine baking powder with flour and add to egg mixture, 1/2 cup at a time.
Add nuts and mix.
Divide dough into 6 portions and dust with a little flour to prevent stickiness.
Form each into a loaf shape on an ungreased cookie sheet (3 loaves on 1 cookie sheet).
Bake 15 to 20 minutes. Remove from oven.
Immediately cut each loaf on a slant. Return to oven on side and bake until golden.
