Bell Pepper Stuffed

Drain mushrooms.
Add milk to mushroom liquid to total of 1/2 cup.
Combine meat, mushroom (sliced), bread crumbs, onion, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and egg.
Remove end and seeds from peppers.
Cut into three 1-inch rings.
Place green peppers in a shallow baking dish and pack meat mixture into pepper rings. Bake at 350Β° for 35 minutes.
Combine catsup and grated cheese and spoon over patties.
Continue baking for 10 minutes.
