Beet Wine
Beet Wine is an easy dinner. Made with 8 lb. beets, raw, peeled and sliced, 6 lb. sugar, 3 oranges, sliced with peel, 1 lb. raisins, tied in a bag and 1 pkg. yeast, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Boil beets 1/2 hour in 3 quarts of water, strain and add enough water to make 1 1/2 gallons.
Then add remaining ingredients.
Let stand 9 to 12 days, strain.
Let stand until clear.
Put in bottles and seal.
