Beer Cheese Soup
Beer Cheese Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter, 1 c. flour, 1 1/2 c. cream, 6 oz. beer and 1/2 tsp. yellow food coloring, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Melt butter and saute chopped onions.
Add flour; mix until completely blended.
Heat over low flame for 5 minutes, mixing occasionally.
Add chicken broth and cream.
