Beer-Batter Flounder
Beer-Batter Flounder is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can nonalcoholic beer, 1 c. all-purpose flour, 1/3 c. cornmeal, 2 tbsp. parsley flakes and salt and pepper (as desired), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

In medium bowl, mix beer, flour, cornmeal, parsley, salt and pepper.
In skillet, over medium heat, add 1/2-inch of canola oil. Dip flounder fillets in batter.
Place in hot oil.
Fry until golden (about 3 minutes each), turning once.
Drain on paper towels.
