Beef Stroganoff
Beef Stroganoff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 lb. round steak, 1 onion, chopped, butter, 2 cans cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup and flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cut round steak into strips.
In a large pot, melt butter (about 5 tablespoons) with the chopped onion.
Coat round steak with flour.
Add to melted butter and onion.
Brown a little, then add the soup and 1 can of water; stir and add seasonings.
Cover and cook on low, stirring once in a while, for about 1 1/2 hours. Serve over cooked noodles or rice.
