Beef Stroganoff
Beef Stroganoff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. sliced round steak, 1 (2 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1/4 c. butter and 1 can campbell's beef broth, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cut meat into thin strips.
In skillet, brown meat, mushrooms and onion in butter.
Season with salt and pepper.
Add broth, cover and simmer 1 1/2 hours or until meat is tender.
Gradually blend 1/4 cup water into 2 tablespoons flour and slowly add to sauces.
Cook and stir until thickened.
Slowly blend in sour cream.
Serve on noodles.
