Beef Stroganoff
Beef Stroganoff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. sirloin (tenderized), 1 can mushrooms, 3/4 c. chopped onions, 3 tbsp. margarine and 1 (15 3/4 oz.) can beef bouillon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cook and stir mushrooms and onions in margarine until onion is soft.
Remove from skillet.
In same skillet, brown meat lightly on both sides.
Set aside 1/3 cup bouillon; stir remaining bouillon, ketchup, garlic and salt in skillet.
Cover; simmer for 15 minutes.
Blend reserved 1/3 cup bouillon and flour; stir into skillet.
Add mushrooms and onions.
Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
Boil 1 minute.
Stir in sour cream; heat through. Serve over cooked egg noodles.
