Beef Stroganoff
Beef Stroganoff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. sirloin, cut thin, 1 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. pepper, 4 tbsp. butter and 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, thinly sliced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cut beef into thin slices.
Season with salt and pepper. Melt butter or margarine in large skillet.
Brown meat, mushrooms and onions.
Mix flour and evaporated milk.
Add to meat.
Cook and stir until thickened.
Add Sauterne.
Serve over buttered noodles. Serves 4 to 6.
