Beef Stroganoff
Beef Stroganoff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. sirloin steak (1/2-inch thick), 2 tbsp. all-purpose flour, 1 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. pepper and 2 tbsp. butter or margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Trim excess fat from meat.
Combine flour, salt and pepper. Pound into both sides of meat.
Cut beef into thin strips.
Place butter in 2-quart casserole.
Cook in microwave oven on Full power for 30 seconds or until melted.
Add meat.
Cook in microwave oven on Full power for 5 to 6 minutes or until meat is no longer pink. Stir in onion and garlic.
Cook on Full power for 2 to 3 minutes, or until onion and garlic are tender.
Stir in soup, mushrooms, water and tomato paste.
Cook on Full power for 8 to 10 minutes, or until meat is tender.
Stir in sour cream.
Heat on Full power for 1 minute.
Serve over noodles or rice.
