Beef Stroganoff
Beef Stroganoff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. sliced round steak, 1/4 c. flour, 1/4 c. butter or margarine, 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms and 1/2 c. chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cut steak into thin strips.
Dust with flour and dash of pepper.
In large skillet, brown meat in butter.
Add sliced mushrooms (drained), onion and garlic.
Brown lightly.
Stir in beef broth.
Cover.
Cook about 1 hour or until meat is tender. Stir occasionally.
Gradually stir in sour cream.
Heat about 5 minutes.
Serve over 3 cups cooked noodles.
