Beef Stroganoff
Beef Stroganoff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground chuck, 1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1/2 c. water and 2 tsp. worcestershire sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Brown ground chuck in medium skillet.
Add mushrooms and onion; saute for 3 to 4 minutes.
Drain off any excess fat.
Stir in water, sauce, bouillon and salt.
Bring to a boil.
In a small bowl, stir together the sour cream and flour; stir into meat mixture.
Cook and stir over medium heat until thick and bubbly; cook and stir for 1 minute more.
Serve over noodles.
Sprinkle with paprika.
