Beef Pinwheel
Beef Pinwheel is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 3/4 c. soft bread crumbs, 1 egg, 1 1/4 tsp. salt, divided and 1/8 tsp. pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Lightly but thoroughly combine beef and bread crumbs, egg, 1 teaspoon salt and pepper.
Combine spinach, 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, remaining salt and garlic powder.
Place beef mixture on wax paper and pat into 14 x 10-inch rectangle.
Spread spinach mixture over beef to 3/4 inch of edge on all sides.
Roll from small end.
Press beef over filling at ends.
Place loaf, seam side down.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour then spread catsup and bake 15 more minutes.
Sprinkle remaining Mozzarella on loaf.
