Beef Balls with Tomatoes
Beef Balls With Tomatoes is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 lb. extra lean ground beef, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. dried thyme leaves, 1 clove garlic, minced or pressed and 2 tbsp. chopped chives, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mix beef with the eggs, salt, thyme, pepper, garlic, chives and parsley.
