Barbecue Salmon
Barbecue Salmon is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. apple juice or cider, 6 tbsp. soy sauce, 1 large garlic clove, crushed, 2 salmon fillets and sprigs of parsley, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Combine cider and soy sauce.
Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat and simmer 3 minutes.
Add butter and garlic.
Continue cooking, stirring occasionally until liquid thickens enough to coat the back of a spoon, about 20 minutes.
Remove marinade from heat and cool.
Pat salmon fillets dry and place skin side down on a rack.
Brush salmon with marinade evenly and let stand 20 minutes at room temperature.
