Barbecue Ribs
Barbecue Ribs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 to 4 lb. pkg. pork ribs, salt, pepper, 1 small chopped onion and 1/2 c. chopped celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Prepare ribs.
Remove excess fat, wash and pat dry with paper towel.
Place ribs in baking pan; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover with chopped onions and chopped celery.
Sprinkle with Worcestershire sauce.
Bake slowly in 325Β° oven until tender (approximately 1 1/2 hours).
Drain fat and pour 1/2 bottle or more barbecue sauce over ribs and return to oven for 1/2 hour, baste occasionally and remove from oven.
