Banana Shake
Banana Shake is an easy dinner. Made with 1/3 c. nonfat dry milk powder, 1/2 c. ice water, 1/4 tsp. vanilla, 1 ripe banana and 4 ice cubes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Measure dry milk powder and ice water into container of electric blender.
Cover and process at low speed until well mixed.
Peel banana and cut into chunks, add to blender with vanilla, cover and process until smooth.
Add ice cubes and process at high speed until melted.
Makes 1 serving; 170 calories.
