Banana-Nut Chip Bread
Banana-Nut Chip Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. mashed ripe bananas (about 3 medium), 1 1/4 c. sugar, 3 eggs, 1/3 c. vegetable oil and 1 tbsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

In a mixing bowl, beat bananas, sugar, eggs, oil and vanilla. Combine the dry ingredients; stir into banana mixture.
Fold in chocolate chips and nuts.
Pour into two greased 8 x 4 x 2-inch loaf pans.
Bake at 350Β° for 55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks.
Yield: 2 loaves.
