Banana Nut Bread
Banana Nut Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. softened margarine, 1 c. sugar, 2 eggs, 2 to 3 large ripe bananas and 2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Grease a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
In a medium bowl, cream margarine.
Gradually add sugar; beat well.
Add eggs, one at a time, beat well after each addition.
Stir in flavorings.
In a small bowl, using a fork or pastry blender, mash bananas until pureed.
Add to creamed mixture using mixer, until smooth.
With a spoon, add flour until flour is just moistened. Stir in nuts.
Pour batter into greased loaf pan and bake for 1 hour.
Cool in pan 10 minutes; remove.
