Banana Nut Bread
Banana Nut Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. whole wheat flour, 1 tsp. soda, 1/2 c. oil, 1/2 c. honey and 1 lemon rind, grated, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Blend oil, honey and lemon rind until nearly smooth; beat in eggs.
Sift dry ingredients together; add to oil mixture alternately with banana pulp, beating until smooth after each addition. Fold in nuts and raisins.
Place batter in a greased loaf pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes, then remove from pan. Makes 1 large loaf.
