Banana Muffins
Banana Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. egg substitute, 1/3 c. powdered milk, 1/3 c. oat bran, 1 tsp. vanilla and dash of salt (if desired), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Stir all ingredients together and bake at 350Β° for about 20 minutes in muffin pans that have been greased or sprayed with nonstick spray.
If you use nonstick spray, these have no fat and count as 2 fruits, 1 milk and 1 protein.
It makes 3 to 4 muffins and the exchanges are if all the muffins are eaten at one time.
