Banana Chocolate Chip Bread
Banana Chocolate Chip Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. flour, 1 tsp. soda, 3/4 tsp. salt, 1/2 c. oil and 1 1/4 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Mash 3 large ripe bananas.
Add to mixture of oil, sugar and eggs.
Add mixture of flour, soda and salt, then add 1 bag mini chocolate chips.
Mix by hand.
Pour in 4 greased mini loaf pans. Bake at 325Β° for 40 to 50 minutes.
Cool in pans on wire racks for 10 minutes.
Remove and cool completely.
Wrap in Saran Wrap and tinfoil.
Store overnight before serving.
Freezes well.
